except from caffeine i don’t use drugs since a while, i have less friends and no intimacy. i don’t feel lonely or disconnected but live gets somewhat boring and although i don’t feel the personal need for social interaction i realize that the psyche is acting up. what are some tips to stay sane besides the often told meditation. many thanks in advance
