On the subject of reincarnation, why is it that we can’t generally remember any of our past lives? And also, why is it that the very small minority of people who do claim to remember past lives, are usually children?

Hi Anna, great question! Reincarnation means that we (the soul) change our gross body and accept another one at death. One reason we don’t remember it is because our memory is bad anyway! We can’t remember most things we did as babies, what to speak of before. Although we do learn from the experience – which is more important. Another reason is that it’s an arrangement by nature because if we remembered all our past lives, we wouldn’t function properly in this one.
