Everyone has a go at meditation at some point in their life. Many people think meditation is not for them, as they can’t keep the mind quiet for even a small amount of time.

Does this sound like you?

The mind is difficult to control for anyone, and it often takes a lot of practice to master it. But if you’re looking for some proof, I can confidently assure you from personal experience that it is possible – for anyone. I have been a monk for over 8 years now (and I’m not blowing my own trumpet), and I’ve been practicing meditation everyday for 2 hours at least. Has it worked?

It sure has. And my understanding is that

If one man can do it, another man can do it.

And women too, of course.

So I would like to share these secrets with you. And here’s the deal. You have to try it for a week. Everyday in the same place and at the same time. And you’ll see that it works. If you’re ready, read on!

I’ve been meditating for the past 10 months I can assure people this does work . My mind used to be the Brands Hatch cars going around in all directions. Since practising meditation I’ve become a lot less stressed and happy myself. Many thanks Jeff Marshall.

Thanks for the great feedback Jeff. Glad it’s working for you! I’ve been meditating for the last 7 years and I can fully qualify it works too!
