Everyone has a go at meditation at some point in their life. Many people think meditation is not for them, as they can’t keep the mind quiet for even a small amount of time.

  1. I’ve been meditating for the past 10 months I can assure people this does work . My mind used to be the Brands Hatch cars going around in all directions. Since practising meditation I’ve become a lot less stressed and happy myself. Many thanks Jeff Marshall.
